Matt and Sarah reside in Glen Oak, California where they have opened their own practice. Matt is a gynecologist and treats pregnant women. Sarah is a pediatrician. Because it is their own practice, their schedules are more 'relaxed'. It allows them to have more quality time with their four children. Also, they have custody of Ruthie's youngest child, Caden.
